Victor didn't promise a silver bullet. He showed how to approach txt-to-SQL in an evolutionary way, through a Graph RAG that understands the relationships between tables: not only what exists, but what connects to what. Kasper reminded us that maths is merciless: 5 agents at 90% accuracy give 59% for the whole system. Maturity is not pessimism. We started designing consciously.
